Imagine owning your very own telecommunication Company without actually having to run it. It was so eloquently mentioned by Dell CEO Michael Dell; “Content, Commerce & Community.” Let me back up here for just a second. I was discussing social media topics with a friend of mine. He mentioned this concept by Michael Dell. So let me try to layout our conversation to make sense of where I am going with this.I say; “Whoever can provide the best content to their readers for value and benefit of their products and services will have the platform to establish commerce; whoever can provide the atmosphere, enticement, comfort will provide a platform for community.” “ Who ever combines these three critical components together will be the winning innovator in business.

First you establish a presence for your reader to reach your targeted audience, this is easy everyone knows you need marketing collateral to reach out with your brand. This again established a platform for commerce to take place; however the most important piece of the puzzle isn’t in this one way line of communication.

The Community Involvement

It’s the community of people who are both your raving, loyal fans, it’s also your first time prospects, window shoppers, first time customers and their valued feedback and opinions. Without that critical key input no one would truly have the capability to understand their target customers who keep people coming back time after time. They feel respected and valued while knowing that their voices will be heard.

I know the difference first hand with a company who is customer centric and one who is not. I don’t pitch product everyday like a good marketer, Instead I feel that value comes from knowledge and that knowledge will take people to higher levels of awareness as well as new found consciousness .Money is a difficult idea to fathom, it’s complexities are deep rooted and entangled in a web of debt, liens, over extensions etc. It’s a freaking night mare.

I like to keep it simple, do you?

Keep it simple and answer me these three questions…

1. Are you interested in saving more money?

2. Are you interested in creating more wealth?

3. Why aren’t you taking the advice that has been given to you and placing it into ACTION?

I’ll tell you why you’re paralyzed by the system, in fear of what’s going on in our economy? Takre a deep breath, you will be just fine. You know how I know? I thought you’d remember…

Although pension plans have been around for decades they have generally been relegated to large companies running them for the benefit of their workers. When the rise of the 401K plan emerged the pension plans quickly lost their appeal.

Pensions however, are typically run by business professionals who have a fiduciary responsibility to their clients. Pensions are usually run as if they will be around forever and so they tend to be better diversified between assets like stocks, mutual funds, real estate, bonds, cash and other assets.

By contrast 401k plans tend to be more self directed – meaning that workers who have little or no experience at investing, make most of the decisions regarding future retirement plans. This can be a very difficult experience to swallow if the wrong choices are made.
