What’s Your Social Economic Profile

You’ve heard the news, read the stories and even seen the victims of devastation as the economic crisis spins out of control. You hear a different story on every channel on the television. A new family crisis, a new company going under and of course a new bailout plan for the big guy who foolishly expected record sales forever with no planning about tomorrow.

It seems the network of money, power and greed goes unscathed and unaffected by the greatest social collapse of our time since the great depression. Corporate giants are both failing or getting bailed out and they are allowed to earn their bonuses and golden parachutes.

Even though huge layoffs and increased unemployment ratings reach the daily headlines neither political action or social economic standards take a hold of the powers that be attention long enough to get proper consideration for adjustment and corrections.

This isn’t a new problem it’s been masquerading around for a number of decades or longer in some cultures. You see if you are part of the oral majority who works hard and doesn’t put up a fight or cause waves then you go unnoticed and unappreciated.

Adversely if you do put up a fight and make waves you’re branded as a problem causer then shunned for your sins. So instead of standing up for what’s right and fair you settle for another kick in the back a knock out punch that leaves you stranded, strapped and ready for death.

As the old saying goes you get what you pay for… You pay with your daily time, labor and skills to serve a larger cause. Like a robot you go through the motions only to make the majority of the wealth for someone else. You feel unappreciated and underpaid, yet you still accept the daily grind as the norm.

Stop the insanity, stop the madness; you can save your entire piece of mind with a simple and straight forward approach that really is nothing more than a head check. Are you happy, living within your means, able to afford all of those trinkets, vacations, quick getaways with friends and family or are you hurting both monetarily and emotionally?

It’s the simple yet tough questions that are the toughest to answer. No matter which way you answer them you’re the only one who really knows. If you lie about your situation you’re masquerading around as if the entire situation is fine and dandy.

On the other hand if you are truthful you feel as if you’re bragging and boastful. That’s not a bad thing if it’s done in a way that is to influence the importance of choice and accomplishment. Everyone makes a choice voluntarily or involuntarily the choice is still made.

Wealth is a choice and no matter where you are in your life you have dreamed about at least once. No matter if you wanted improvement from a certain situation in your adult life or the wish of a fairytale like life story with the handsome prince or beautiful princess.

You cannot deny it. If you have it you always are searching for ways to make more of it and if you don’t have it you spend life wishing you had it. I hear people say “money isn’t everything.” B.S. I have lived without it and I know 1st hand that without it life plain and simple sucks.

Are your rewards really rewarding or are you just in a vicious cycle of spending?

You hit the stores in search of that something special that you’ve always had to have or you just can’t live without, you search high and low for that most important possession. You spot it on a shelf tucked way inside behind other merchandise. You grab it and you can hardly believe your eyes; it’s in pristine condition what a bargain.

You’re so excited you can hardly contain yourself you rush to the checkout lane and whip out your old faithful wallet. Nothing to choose from except the old plastic credit card or some tattered cash tucked behind the flap. You decide on the plastic it’s smooth, colorful, and thrifty; it show class, grace and social affluence.

Your turn is up you make the purchase you’re so amazingly excited as you whisk away from the store with your new trinket in hand. You have just the place to put it right next to your other trinket you bought last week when you did that cool little thing at the office. You know just like the other items you had to have just because you wanted them.

You arrive at home and stare with curiosity and wonder as you place your nifty new purchase on the shelf with the others. It adds such new charm, and beauty to your collection. The way it reflects of the glass lit shelving is almost hypnotizing to look at and watch. Your content and feel as if you performed the greatest deed for mankind by making that purchase.

Your bills come in the mail as they always do and the first thing that you open is that credit card bill, your eyes almost pop out of your head as the astronomical interest rates seems to have eaten up all of your last payment and the reduction in principle was reversed due to other charges, taxes, and late penalties. You notice that you’re over the limit and your latest purchases aren’t even on that statement.

You begin to panic and feel a bit stressed that you overdrew the account. You’re not so happy with the purchase you made; you might even resent the purchase a little bit. You know this passes with time yet the debt continues to grow. Soon it consumes your entire life until you feel so overwhelmed that you can hardly even think about it without feeling like an anxiety attack is coming over you. You feel all knotted up and fearful of what might happen next.

The only people that call you are bill collectors and your debt providers to remind you that you are late on your obligations. You feel as if there is no way out a dark cloud is coming over you. Your reward purchase seems like a bad habit that you can’t break. You’re starting to realize that you have a spending problem.

You look for ways to stop the cycle but your relentlessness weakens with every failed attempt. Not to worry though, millions of people are walking the same path every day. Stuck in a cycle of social acceptance of “it is how it is”. People are being misled into this type of behavior; it’s easy to have an instant gratification mentality with the advancement of our instant access society.

People want it all and the want it now, you need to realize the problems and head it straight on face to face. Money spending can be very much a disease that ruins your life, health and wealth with no second thought; in a blink of an eye everything changes.

Don’t become a victim know the warning signs and seek out assistance if you can’t make the corrections on your own. First take a close look at your house are you cluttered or over stocked with items of clothing, collectables, shoes, tools or other items? Secondly take a look at your financial statements (profit and loss statement, balance sheet, expense report) to see what your financial net worth looks like.

With no second guessing you’ll soon be able to have a clear view of your entire situation. You’ll know if your rewards are reward to you or just rewarding to your creditor’s benefit. All of the frequent flier miles, rewards from Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express are all designed to get you spending.

Rewarding yourself is for good behavior, once a month after achieving all of your contributions toward your future plans, current expenses all paid, unnecessary spending cut from your budget, as well as new profitable investments researched and purchased. Then and only then will you have the ability to consciously accept a reward for great or exceptional behavior. Until then it’s not rewarding to make purchases just for the sake of spending. It’s downright unrewarding and unsettling to our core when we do things of this nature.

We are just conditioned to think its normal everyday activities to be like this. No one has to live in debt over load or seek shelter from the weight of their financial burden. Seek knowledge and a plan to uncover your full financial potential. Stop the blatant disruption of the course of evolution by aligning yourself with the correct actions you are achieving for. Stop living for the moment if your not prepared to stay ahead of the curve and prepare for tomorrow. You’ll wind up six feet under a stack of bills waiting for every last breath to be sucked out of your life. Instead run the race, win the championship and earn the rewarding, respectfulness you deserve by taking control of your money habits today.

Word to live by from buy land and wait

As the famous Warren Buffet would say I only have two main principles when it comes to money and investing.

Rule number 1: Don’t lose any money

Rule number 2: Remember rule number 1

Watch this short video then read on

Even in these turbulent times of market volatility, extreme focus on political matters and the just passed presidential election we the people of the USA need to stand up and fight for our rights. We owe it too ourselves not to be financially sound so we don’t feel the impact of higher taxes, stricter rules when it comes to trading stocks and commodities.

So without going off on a tangent here my principles are equal to that of Mr. Buffet with one exception. I can’t afford to feel the set backs due to market volatility and I certainly can’t afford to spend my days, nights, lunch hours and breaks researching the thousands of stocks in hopes of a good buy.

Also I can’t afford to sit by and watch the market bounce from highs to lows every 15 seconds. Just as an indicator here I listen to KCBS AM Talk Radio out of San Francisco, they do a traffic report and money report every 10 minutes.

Every 10 minutes the DOW, Nasdaq, S&P 500 are up, down and down or slightly up. This goes on for the entire duration of the trading activity. Can you imagine your investments rallying or volleying every 10 minutes and having to stomach the losses.

Sure there are winners but was it luck or do you actually have a skilled investment adviser who can watch and recognize trends in their market.?

Did you know that not only do they get a commission for you earnings, they also earn a commission on your losses; that’s right on your losses because they charge a fee in the transaction unless you happen to find a charitable planner.

So anyway back to my title of this article buy land and wait, I have very specific reasons for my beliefs, 1st when is the last time you heard about the land market crashing, or a slow down in the production of new land? Are you getting my drift?

Land is a non renewable resource, land is the most stable and secure investment vehicle you can place your capital into for both preservation and long term appreciation. You owe it to yourself to learn the ins and outs of a practice called land banking.

Warren Buffet bough most of his fortune when Coca Cola was $0.25 per share. Twenty five cents a share, now I know he is regarded as the most respected and innovative fund managers of the year, however I couldn’t afford him personally for the fees he commands. His own private shares of Berkshire Hathaway were over $10,000/ share, Warren never believed in splitting.

So with that in mind you need to find a reliable source for your precious capital investments, can you afford not to? Take a look at why so many people are running scared from the stock market and looking for a sound investment that can offer safety, security, profitability and performance that is consistent of that of an athlete, or a finely tunes machine.

Learn the simple process of obtaining wealth through a strategy called land banking and secure your future, your children’s future or your heirs future. No matter what position you are in we can develop a plan to systematically grow your wealth to it’s fullest potential.

When it comes to business and life opportunities I should head to one warning. Once bitten twice shy should be the order of the day. You see I had always wanted to start my own profitable business and be the one stop shop for everyone.

The problem is I couldn’t serve every persons problem. They tell me “I already have a …fill in the blank…” or my prospects didn’t want what I had to sell. Then one day I was speaking to a very well respected marketer who asked me “who is your target audience?”

Well I have never been the same from that day forward. You see when you must become an expert in a niche you start to learn more about why and how instead of just who. Now you may be asking your self why is this important to me and my finances.

The truth of the matter is that it’s very important. Becoming a financially independent person involves the same logic. You see a marketer, network marketer or an internet marketer all face the same issues. Who is my target client?

For you it is more of a who is my target financial adviser, why should I trust them, how can they benefit me and why should I do business with them? You see marketers have leveled the playing field once and for all.

Information that has been kept secret to the elite is now available for all of those around us wanting to change. It’s now your turn to turn on the info seeker know as the little spot between your ears and listen to what’s being talked about.

I’m not talking about the everyday mainstream media I’m talking about what you never hear people say. Thing like paying it forward or investments that are not subject to the human factor called the human condition where Johnny follows Tim who heard that Sally was doing this or investing in that.

We use the world around us to cross examine our information and come up with a list of questions that will subside our concerns or fears and if you don’t get the answers you have been searching for keep on searching or uncover new questions. We simply ask it another way and see if that sparks the response we have been looking for.

Either way we as marketers have the knowledge and power to uncover what your deepest fears, concerns, and hot buttons as we call them then turn you onto some form(s) of solutions to solve your current impending crisis.

What does this have to do with changing the world around us you may be asking… Well in short it has everything. I just made you aware that your sub conscience is being exploited, your buying habits, your impulse shopping, your search for prosperity, medical research, pet concerns, the wellness of your children and loved ones.
