Are You Living On Purpose

Passions and purpose are not always top of mind when we go through our daily activities. We start to experience frustration and emotional triggers that in short make us feel uncomfortable. We have all been told that we need to live on purpose, find our passions and live in the moment. It’s definitely easy to say and so much harder to do. You see when you are truly ready for success and everything you have always wished for new and exciting changes start to evolve in front of you.

The down side is that even though all of the new and exciting changes are taking place the truth is that while all of this change is taking place there is a pain deep inside. It’s that same old battle between what one of my closest friends called the “Triangle of Toxicity” The ego, the addict and the victim all combat inside to unseat your will power, distract you from your goals, ultimately proving you a failure and leaving you feeling defeated, deflated and downright frustrated.

These are the times you need to pay close attention to. It’s exactly when this activity of (I don’t like this feeling, I am not ready for the change, etc…)  your behavior may become passive aggressive, you seem to distance yourself from the new and exciting activities trying to hold on to a shredded fabric of the past. THIS MOMENT the one that makes you feel all of those negative feelings is when you need to stand up and have a support system in place. Your peers, your mentors, your valued friends and family who truly RESPECT your opinion and support your decisions are who we need to turn to in times of need.

Personally and professionally I can say this because my own life is a true living example of miracles through adversity. I have made the leap of faith and jumped on the purpose train. I told you last year that life had gone to the dogs and now that phrase has new meaning. I have taken a walk from what I thought was my purpose in life to teach and educate all about finances and taken my love for training to the dogs. Over the last three months I have been introduced to the Bully breed of dogs I had a beautiful Boxer / Pit Bull mix her name was Genesis. When she passed suddenly I became the proud owner of two brothers today they are 11 weeks old.

This coincides with my daily life since I have become COO of BetterHealthForDogs.com I have been around dogs for the majority of my life, my wife and I even had up to six dogs at one time, however I have never had my very own dog and these two guys are as sweet as apple pie. You can watch them all grow up here on their blog very own blog. These guys are my new focus and their well being is essential to our success. You see these guy are going to become a ring side attraction. I am going to dive head first into sporting events for these two boys. Agility competitions and sport tracking are great exercise and fun for them as well as their owners.

I have found that letting go of a situation when times are difficult can bring you full circle to a solution to a situation. Sometimes it’s just that full revolution that creates

How does one truly measure success? How does one measure wealth? Is purely by their achievements in life? Does that mean that if you never reach the fame and fortune levels that you weer never truly successful? Have you ever thought about what what it really meant to be success and wealthy?

Obviously most of dream of greater things in our lives, we wish for more happiness, money, fame. More of the new and exciting aspects of life. Then there are others who simply want the simple life, no hassles, no added responsibilities and no real expectations in life.

Surely there are those in the middle who have plenty and seem content as well. Yet we still do not know which one of these social profiles are truly successful. Possibly it’s due to the reason that you have simply never thought about. I don’t spend lots of time wondering what success is in itself. I do however spend lots of time achieving greater success in my life.

I can say that because of the growth in momentum and laser focus of my connections while meeting others has become effortless. I have started increasing my own productivity levels and my intellect has increased as well. What used to be seemingly daunting interactions has become effortless.

What about you? Have you ever measured your levels of success and wealth. I want you throw everything you think you know about success and wealth out the window. We all know wealth is not merely monetary and success is not just the highest rung on the ladder. It’s the combination of many areas of life that create balance, security, comfort, and quality in our lives. This is how we measure success and wealth.

Most people know that life is hard on its own, we also know that family & friends often make the influence in peoples lives. How are your relations? Are they upbeat and positive, negative or challenging. I am finding that the more I have to work towards a goal the benefits are greater, this includes entering new circles of influence.

It’s time for self evaluation and checking to see how you measure up to wealth and success. Get out your thinking cap and soak all of these words of truth and wisdom in. Then get out your check list. Start taking an account for everything good great and positive in your life. The spend a short moment looking at your obstacles in front of you, find the brightness in every difficulty.

Then and only then will you be successful. You can not see the bottom of the abyss, so why would you worry about hitting it. Just look back up at the sky, keep your chin up and know that you are truly a great success.

Imagine owning your very own telecommunication Company without actually having to run it. It was so eloquently mentioned by Dell CEO Michael Dell; “Content, Commerce & Community.” Let me back up here for just a second. I was discussing social media topics with a friend of mine. He mentioned this concept by Michael Dell. So let me try to layout our conversation to make sense of where I am going with this.I say; “Whoever can provide the best content to their readers for value and benefit of their products and services will have the platform to establish commerce; whoever can provide the atmosphere, enticement, comfort will provide a platform for community.” “ Who ever combines these three critical components together will be the winning innovator in business.

First you establish a presence for your reader to reach your targeted audience, this is easy everyone knows you need marketing collateral to reach out with your brand. This again established a platform for commerce to take place; however the most important piece of the puzzle isn’t in this one way line of communication.

The Community Involvement

It’s the community of people who are both your raving, loyal fans, it’s also your first time prospects, window shoppers, first time customers and their valued feedback and opinions. Without that critical key input no one would truly have the capability to understand their target customers who keep people coming back time after time. They feel respected and valued while knowing that their voices will be heard.

I know the difference first hand with a company who is customer centric and one who is not.
