A proven formula for a better retirement
The issue of retirement has been surfacing around the social media and content of conversation for sometime now. One of the most outstanding issues is the fact that the corporate pension and retirement plans are going by the wayside.
Individuals are being forced to take control of their retirement portfolios. With this ever increasing epidemic and the demise of the Social Security Adminsitration people are frantically scrambling for viable solutions.
Think about this for a moment… 89% of all of the funds for retirement come from Social Security Adminsitration. This equates to 98% of the American retirees living on an average income between $1000.00 to $1800.00.
The current income levels average around $1250.00 per month. This is a scary thought. If you live anywhere within a large metropolitan area this amount will not even cover rent in most cases.
That along with the fact that more and more retired people are dependent on friends, family, charity or having to return back into the work force. You’ve seen them at all of the big multi location chains retail stores.
Enough with the same old same old situation. It’s time to take a stand and take control of your retirement. People need solid and sound advice for their future. The simple fact that corporations are reinventing themselves and passing off more of the onto the employee should be enough writing on the wall.
Also let’s not forget the Enron, WorldComm, and countless other corporate scandles over the last decade. People need to explore their options before getting sucked into another one.
Every financial advisor on the planet wants your business because they earn a commission on every transaction whether you make money or lose money. the stock market is a legalized gambling arena where corporations aren’t held accountable to the stock holder anymore.
Over 13 trillion dollars were lost last year in the market.have you ever had a financial planner tell you that before? I didn’t think so. Only two percent of all retirement funds are invested into real estate.
Sounds coincidental that only two percent of all retirees over the age of 65 are able to self sustain. You need two to two point five million dollars invested into the safest possible investment when you retire.
The only investment you can count on as being guaranteed are U.S. Treasuries due to the simple fact that the U.S. government is the only entity that has the ability to print and tax money.
Not corporations, banks, securities only Uncle Sam. How are you going to get there? Charles Schwab states we need to keep our money invested in the stock market because it’s inception 77 years ago it has a historic return of ten percent per year.
Well if your time line for retirement is say 15 years. Your IRA has $100,000.00 in it and your average ROI is at 10 percent your not going to make that $2,000,000.00 goal.
You need better vehicle to get you there. Wouldn’t you agree? Let me ask you this question… Was there a bad real estate purchase in Los Angeles, San Jose or San Francisco over the last thirty years?
Let’s reflect on the past for a moment; in San Jose, CA in 1968 had you purchased a nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home for $25,000.00 what would it be worth today? Answer $600,000 to $750,000. A nice 25 to 30 times return on your investment.
Now then had you had the foresight to purchase raw orchard just 5 to 10 miles outside of the San Jose home, that was selling for $8000.00 to $24,000 per acre. You decided on the $8000.00 per acre price and purchased three acres; do you know what they are worth today?
Hold on to your hat. These one acre parcels if you can find them are going for $1,500,000.00 per acre. Since you purchased three of them you are now sitting on $4,500,000.00 a nice 180 time return on your investment.
Your looking for a viable solution to power your retirement and you know what they say those who don’t learn from the past arfe doomed to repeat it.
Personally I believe those who learn from the past will profit from it! Roll Your IRA into Profitable, High Growth, Select California Real Estate
