Hey Chris, wow you certainly do bring an excellent attitude and energy to the table. i love the positive spin on the doom and gloom we are so inn inundated with these days. Your article brings some very useful tools and resources. Also your logic is dead on. Population has so much to do with potential future gain and if you know where the people are headed you can most definitely get ahead of the curve. Hey if you are looking at a few more hot places take an hour out of your busy day and check out http://thesecretofland.com

Ryan,

Thanks for spreading the news about my recent article on real estate investing. I am glad that you enjoyed it and I know that your readers will too. I truly believe that we are about to see the "Perfect Storm" in real estate and savvy investors who are in the know will be able to capitalize on it to create wealth.

I have heard that there were more millionaires created in the great depression than any other time in history. I am not sure if that is 100% true, but it starts to makes sense when you think about the age old advice of "buy low sell high". The exciting part is that we are in a very similar position that they were in back then, except that we have an incredible amount of leverage in our favor.

Money is on sale, Real Estate in on Sale, Sellers are Motivated, Housing is Affordable, and the government is giving incentives like crazy for people to buy homes.

The point is, now is the time to become a Sophisticated Investor and capitalize on these trends!
