A new way for homeowners to cope

It wont be long before congress decides on passing legislation to assist the unfortunate homeowners who have fallen victim to erroneous mortgage resets, plunging house values and an array of other financial difficulties.
The legislation would assist homeowners under stress refinance into FHA backed mortgages as long as their lenders agree to comply with forgiving part of the loan balance.
The FHA is looking at a new deal that would help to revive the housing industry like it did back in the 1930’s. This will help to put the housing marketplace into the forefront of efforts.
