What’s The Difference Between Rich And Wealthy? Is It Simply Black And White?

You all know Chris Rock for his crude remarks and profanity, although he does it again I had to laugh at this video. I don’t agree this applies to “brown people” I am sure people of every color will definately see the relation to the simple truth behind this message.
What’s the difference between being rich and being wealth? Is it really as simple as black and white?When it comes to the simple numbers sure, when it comes to ethnic slurs I’m not so sure.
