Anyway back to my original question of who am I? I am a licensed real estate agent in California who specialized in working with real estate investments and rolling IRA's into carefully selected real estate. Also I have been studying the simple psychology of money, wealth and self improvement for over five years.
My personal experience of the practical world of finance was a journey to a place I had never dreamed of. I made a few choices in my life that took me in a direction I never expected.
I lost my house, I lost my entire financial foundation and eventually I wound up homeless living in my car with my wife and our six dogs.

We had literally gone from having a house, new cars, boats and the "Smith or Jones's life style" to losing everything. The stress, fear and everything else we had ever "NOT WANTED" had come true.
It was during these times when my wife and I frantically began searching for a viable solution. From business opportunities, to job searches, to finally going back into a failing business and facing the most difficult economic times since the great depression in 1929.
So with all of these challenges stacked up against us we had to either make it or break it. This is really where my story begins, this is a premise for us to all get to know one another.

A. I've made practically every single financial mistake known to man or woman. My thought patterns had to be drastically changed along with my entire perception of money, wealth and the practices behind them.
My mother was a spend-aholic who had her paycheck spent two to three paydays before she had ever earned them. This was my financial up-bringing.
So as you can see I had a mountain of years to unwravel and deal with. I was not the most practical person when it came to my own financial matters and that is why I am doing this today.
I believe everyone has a chance to be financially independant, successful and wealthy. Don't fool yourself by living in a dream world financed with plastic cards. You'll be bankrupt or worse if you keep plotting the same course.

A. Yes! financial freedom doesn't mean you have to have millions in the bank or even one million dollars. You need the basic skills and habits to successfully overcome your current financial limitations.
